Paul Perris is the Chief Executive of Yasira and is responsible for leading the management team, strategically driving business growth and establishing and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional structures for institutional and family office investors. Paul has over 32 years of experience in this role with significant Middle Eastern experience, having acted for investors in the region since 1998. Before joining Yasira, Paul was the Chief Commercial Officer at Crestbridge Group. Mr Perris is a Chartered Secretary and member of STEP.
Ahmad Al Najjar is the Chief Operating Officer at Yasira and is responsible for developing the fund services business and overseeing client matters, with a focus on providing high-quality and efficient administration services to multi-jurisdictional fund investment structures. He has 18 years of experience in financial services and fund administration in the Middle East. Before joining Yasira, Ahmad was a Senior Manager for Deloitte and Touche (M.E.) in Jordan. Mr Al Najjar holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Al Hashemite University, Jordan. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountant in the United States of America.
Michael Pankhurst is the Head of Corporate & Trust Services at Yasira. He has worked for regulated financial services businesses for 23 years across multiple sectors including mining, energy, real estate, capital markets and previously worked for a FTSE 100 listed company. He has managed complex holding structures in key financial centres and is focussed on administration and corporate governance matters. He specialises in trusts, funds, corporate structuring, company secretarial services and employee remuneration for institutional clients, SWFs and pension funds.
